Earth
Earth is usually is dark. They can manipulate earth to do anything, as you might think. Usually they are down to earth and solid. They are not one to believe in fantasies.
Water
Water is usually light. They can do absolutely anything with anything related to water. They are usually comforting and can adapt easily to change. They are strong willed although not solid they are not one to mess with
Fire
As you might imagine someone who's element is fire is dark. They can create fire from nothing and control fire. They have fierce tempers and and very touchy. They get angry very easily.
Air
Airs are light. They can do anything with air and because that isn't much they can 'fly' which is pretty much hover above the ground but being able to move. Their personality is usually a bit ditzy but they are very loyal.
